Spin3 Gets eCOGRA Seal of Approval1 July 2009, Staff Writer
Microgaming's mobile casino solutions division Spin 3 has announced in a joint press release with Jackpot City casino issued today, that the casino will be the latest to add mobile casino games to their product offering. Jackpot City will be adding Spin3's full compliment of 17 mobile games, powered by their GameWire platform, including blackjack, baccarat, roulette and popular progressive slot games Major Millions and Treasure Nile. Jackpot City's CEO Tim Johnson said of the deal, "We’re committed to providing our players with the most entertaining and secure play available. With Spin3’s innovative and dynamic software, we are now bringing that unrivalled experience to the mobile gaming sector". Meanwhile, Spin3 are not surprisingly chuffed to add another well known brand to their stable of licensees. CEO Matti Zinder commented that "JackpotCity is a well respected online brand and it is testament to the strength of the mobile gambling market that it has made the decision to extend into mobile casino gaming." No indication was given as to exactly when the mobile games will go live at Jackpot City's Website. Jackpot City is owned and operated by the Carmen Media Group - also owners of well known brands the Riverbelle and Lucky Nugget casinos. The Riverbelle was in the spotlight recently when one of its players hit a €6.3 million jackpot playing progressive game Mega Moolah.
